Freeland spotting scope tripod with original box.  Freeland’s Scope Stands Inc, of Rock Island Illinois was a well known company for its high quality shooting accessories.  This tripod has fine adjustments that makes it easy to position the scope. The clamp can adjust so that different diameter scopes can be used.  The tripod includes the original carton box and leaflet.

Price DOES NOT include delivery.  If in Israel then price will appear with the 17% VAT.  A separate cost will be sent for shipping this item.  Cost will depend on the client's address, weight and/or volume of the package.

Israeli Lee Enfield long branch No.4 MK1 T rifle scope made by Goldberg of Tel-Aviv.  This is one of the first prototypes of Israeli made rifle scope made in the late 1940's and early 1950's as Israel planned to self rely on as much weapons and weapon related material as possible and in addition smuggle and later import military surplus firearms from post WW2 Europe.  This Israeli rifle scope is made of brass and includes the original rifle mount.  The outside of the scope has patches of scratched paint, the lenses are in tact and a bit foggy and the reticle is in tact as well.  A rare and unique piece of history.

Stereoscope for aerial photography by Huet Paris from Israeli military surplus, used by mostly intelligence units to read and decipher aerial images of enemy territory and military related material by having a three dimensional image for better understanding.  This Stereoscope by Huet Paris from IDF surplus is in very good condition, marked with the Israeli military marking of the צ letter (Tzadik) and a נ inside the Star of David signifying that it has been checked and approved for use.  The right eye lens can move left-right as to fit the viewers face and providing a sharp 3D image. This is a rare piece of Israeli military history as well as militaria history, signifying how enemy maps used to be deciphered by intelligence personnel so that every enemy tank, aircraft, artillery piece, base, bunker, and others can be identified.  This was how it was done before the wide use of satellites and high-tech computer imaging and deciphering programs.

Danish military surplus Hensoldt Wetzlar Z24 scope x4 magnification with G3 claw mount made by Tokyo Marui Japan.  The mark of a crown and under it HTK is the mark of the Army Material Command formerly the Army Technical Corps (Danish: Hærens Tekniske Korps), formed in 1909.  This scope is in very good condition with all lens caps in tact.  The lens glass has small spots that can maybe be cleaned out.  The Hensoldt Wetzlar rifle scope comes with the original carrying case and accessories.

An antique Indian Nepalese Gurkha Kukri knife made with intricate metalwork of decorative beads and white metal (maybe silver) with a beautiful design of two angels, flowers and other shapes on the leather scabbard covered with red velvet.  The handle is made of yak or ox bone and is decorated as well.  metal filigree and bead decorated leather scabbards dating from the 19th century. The knives have quality hand forged single edge very sharp steel curved blades mounted with ox bone handles and accompanied with two smaller similar handled sharpening knives.  The scabbard shows very well the hand stitching and has two straps that would have connected this Gurkha kukri knife to a belt. The blade is in excellent condition and is marked: "Tempered Steel/Made In India" It is probably made in the late 19th century to early 20th century. The Dahlgren bowie knife bayonet is a Civil War era Union US Navy bayonet designed by Admiral John Dahlgren for use with the Plymouth/Whitneyville Model M1861 Rifle, and made by the Ames Manufacturing Company of Chicopee Massachusetts.  The Dahlgren Bowie bayonet's new design's intention was to replace the then-standard sword length bayonet with a more maneuverable bayonet for Navy purposes such as close quarters combat in ships, boarding actions, shore landings, and others and for use as either a traditional bayonet or a hand held edged weapon bulky enough to defend against swords and the heavy rifles used at the time. This Dahlgren Navy bowie bayonet is one of only 1800 produced between 1861-1864, and this item is marked as produced in 1862. Comes with an unoriginal scabbard. Markings: On ricasso: Side 1: USN D.R 1862. "D.R" initials are of the military inspector at the Ames plant, Daniel Reynolds. Side 2: Ames Mfg Co./Chicopee/Mass Specifications: Total knife length (without scabbard): 43 cm Blade length: 30.8 cm Hilt: 12 cm Total knife with scabbard: 44.5 cm
