Noodle Symphony by Seth Vandable is a bronze sculpture featuring a nude man holding a large catfish that has its tail wrapped around him. The Noodle Symphony seems to celebrate the fishermen who work hard at catching fish from waters of all kinds to provide nourishment for all.  The bronze sculpture has a beautiful yellowish-golden patina on the nude man and a blueish shade on the fish.  The sculpture is attached to a black marble base.  This Noodle Symphony bronze sculpture is signed by the artist and is the 3rd out of 350 made of this creation.  The Noodle Symphony bronze sculpture by Seth Vandable includes a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

Gaulois by Adolphe Jean Lavergne bronze sculpture of ancient Celtic warrior.  This bronze sculpture of a Gaul warrior, features the Celtic fighter with his helmet, holding his sword in one hand and a leaf in another, axe hanging from his belt and a fur garment covering his groin.  A beautiful depiction of this ancient French Celtic warrior by French sculptor Adolphe Jean Lavergne (1852-1901).  This warrior might be a depiction of Vercingetorix (80 – 46 BC) the Gallic king and chieftain of the Arverni tribe who united the Gauls in a failed revolt against Roman forces during the last phase of Julius Caesar's Gallic Wars.  After surrendering to Caesar and spending almost six years in prison, he was executed in Rome. Beautiful Pompeian Bronze Company Bookends of the "The Sculptor" from 1920's in art deco/nouveau style.  These bookends were made by the Pompeian Bronze Company of Brooklyn, NY during the 1920's.  They copyrighted this set as named "The Sculptor" in 1921.  Each bookend features an ancient Greek style nude figure wearing the traditional cloth and holding a mallet in his right hand. These bookends are made probably of spelter and are in very good condition considering that they are now 100 years old.
