Description

Military surplus optics M49 spotting scope Telescope OBS with Freeland tripod for sale, including the original M164 carrying case.

Telescopes are instruments that collect and concentrate light, in the form of either visible light or other electromagnetic radiation, to produce a magnified image.

Telescopes are used for many purposes in astronomy, such as discovering new celestial objects and investigating their properties. They can also be used to measure distances between stars and galaxies by means of stellar parallax.

Telescopes are used to explore space and the universe. They can be used for both professional and amateur purposes.

Telescopes are generally used to study distant objects by providing a higher magnification than is possible with unaided vision. Telescopes can also be used to create an image of the object, either by projecting it onto a surface or by passing light through a small opening in the instrument and then projecting that light onto an object such as a photographic plate.

Telescopes can also be mounted on robotic arms, which allow them to point at objects without having to move the entire telescope mount.

Telescopes are used to see objects that are too distant to be seen by the naked eye. They work by collecting light and focusing it into a narrow beam that is directed at the object being viewed.

Telescopes come in different shapes and sizes, but they all have one thing in common: they collect light from distant objects and focus it onto a point for viewing. Telescopes are often used to study stars, planets, galaxies, nebulae, and other celestial bodies.
