A German brass plaque featuring a crew of three soldiers operating the Schwarzlose or Maschinengewehr 08/MG 08 Machine Gun. The plaque in German: Erinnerung a.d. Dienstzeit translating to "In memory of the years in service" and dated 1935. The Schwarzlose M. 7 was designed by the Prussian firearms designer Andreas Wilhelm Schwarzlose in 1904, and used in service between 1908 to a bit after 1945.  The a Schwarzlose is a belt-fed machine gun, usually mounted on a tripod, and used by the Austro-Hungarian empire and later Germany, Italy, Greece, Netherlands, Sweden, Russia and in some colonial conflicts. Original U.S. WWII M2 Browning Tripod For M1919A4 Machine Gun

M2 Browning Tripod Mount

Original WW2 U.S. military issue M2 Browning tripod with original U.S. military issue T&E and original U.S. military issue pintle for the M1919 0.30 caliber machine gun.  These original M2 tripod is from Israeli military surplus, probably given by the US to the IDF probably during the 1960's and 1970's.  Some of these have very low serial numbers. These M2 Browning tripod features a brass socket for the pintle and fully functional legs, cross bar and welded feet. It is complete, functional and in good condition. The pintle comes complete with the cross pin and castle nut, with cotter pin still installed.  The pintle and T&E are still wrapped in their original papers. These Israeli military surplus U.S. M2 tripods are available from a variety of manufacturers such as: Appliance Mfg Co. , Lovel Mfg Co. and others. Shipping cost to the US by EMS is about $200 for each item.  This will include a tracking number and insurance.  Shipping will be charged separately after receiving the order.  Shipping available worldwide.

British Royal Infantry Officer’s Sword Pattern 1822

This is a rare British 1822 pattern sword from the short reign of King George IV (1820-1830) as can be seen in the royal emblem on the guard.  It is made with the distinctive Gothic hilt with fold down guard and a grip of fishskin wrapped with brass twisted wire.  These swords tend to be more delicate than other models with the folding down guard usually broken or missing.  The maker, Salter was the main sword manufacturer of that time, the blade etched with King George the Forth's emblem or crest.  This is one of the earliest pattern 1822 swords. This British royal infantry officer’s sword pattern 1822 from the reign of King George IV is in overall good condition with a slightly stained blade and in tact leather scabbard. This rare deep sea diver knife is in very good condition, showing the crest of the manufacturer which not all models feature.  The other side of the hilt read: "Siebe Gorman and Co. Ltd. The Dahlgren bowie knife bayonet is a Civil War era Union US Navy bayonet designed by Admiral John Dahlgren for use with the Plymouth/Whitneyville Model M1861 Rifle, and made by the Ames Manufacturing Company of Chicopee Massachusetts.  The Dahlgren Bowie bayonet's new design's intention was to replace the then-standard sword length bayonet with a more maneuverable bayonet for Navy purposes such as close quarters combat in ships, boarding actions, shore landings, and others and for use as either a traditional bayonet or a hand held edged weapon bulky enough to defend against swords and the heavy rifles used at the time. This Dahlgren Navy bowie bayonet is one of only 1800 produced between 1861-1864, and this item is marked as produced in 1862. Comes with an unoriginal scabbard. Markings: On ricasso: Side 1: USN D.R 1862. "D.R" initials are of the military inspector at the Ames plant, Daniel Reynolds.
