M2 Browning Tripod Mount
Original WW2 U.S. military issue M2 Browning tripod with original U.S. military issue T&E and original U.S. military issue pintle for the M1919 0.30 caliber machine gun. These original M2 tripod is from Israeli military surplus, probably given by the US to the IDF probably during the 1960's and 1970's. Some of these have very low serial numbers. These M2 Browning tripod features a brass socket for the pintle and fully functional legs, cross bar and welded feet. It is complete, functional and in good condition. The pintle comes complete with the cross pin and castle nut, with cotter pin still installed. The pintle and T&E are still wrapped in their original papers. These Israeli military surplus U.S. M2 tripods are available from a variety of manufacturers such as: Appliance Mfg Co. , Lovel Mfg Co. and others. Stereoscope for aerial photography by Huet Paris from Israeli military surplus, used by mostly intelligence units to read and decipher aerial images of enemy territory and military related material by having a three dimensional image for better understanding. This Stereoscope by Huet Paris from IDF surplus is in very good condition, marked with the Israeli military marking of the צ letter (Tzadik) and a נ inside the Star of David signifying that it has been checked and approved for use. The right eye lens can move left-right as to fit the viewers face and providing a sharp 3D image.
This is a rare piece of Israeli military history as well as militaria history, signifying how enemy maps used to be deciphered by intelligence personnel so that every enemy tank, aircraft, artillery piece, base, bunker, and others can be identified. This was how it was done before the wide use of satellites and high-tech computer imaging and deciphering programs.

Nimrod 10×40 Rifle Scope For Sale

Nimrod 10x40 rifle scope is a very rare item of Israeli military surplus made by Koor Industries of Israel and originally by Hakko of Japan. The Nimrod scope was used mainly on the M14 and Galil sniper rifles and replaced the old style Wild scopes used on the IDF K98 and IDF Kahles ZF95 scopes used after.
This is the last Nimrod scope that we know of in Israel that is available for sale.
Some specifics:
Bullet drop compensated for the .308/7.62 NATO M118 Sniper round.
Magnification of 10-power.
Objective diameters: 40 mm.
Field of view: 19.6 meters at 300 meters (3 degrees 45 feet).
Eye relief is about 3 inches.
Two auxiliary crosses, one for aiming at 900 and 1,000 meters, the other for high-trajectory ammunition. Range estimation with the reticle pattern duplicates that of the (Dragunov Russian sniper rifle). At the bottom of the field of view is a baseline below five short steps. The step closest to the baseline is marked '10' for 1,000 meters, while the farthest is marked '2' for 200 meters. The three steps in between correspond to 800, 600 and 400 meters in ascending order. Just align the target's groin with the baseline and match the top of his head with the appropriate step. Dial the correct distance into the range drum on top of the scope calibrated in 50-meter clicks from 200 to 800 meters for 7.62x51mm M118 match ammunition and fire. The windage, located on the scope's left side, provides five mils of adjustment to the right or left in 1/2-mil increments.

Kahles/Photonic ZF95 6×42 Rifle Scopes
A unique and hard to find item from Israeli military surplus the Kahles/Photonic ZF95 6x42 rifle ScopeS. The scopes are marked with צ (the letter Tzadik of the Hebrew alphabet) the Israeli military mark. Each original scope came with the extended rubber eye relief. These scopes were used by Israeli military snipers and marksman and some special police units. They are unmarked by Kahles for political reasons since the Austrian government didn't want to be known as supplying Israel with arms related materials.
Before using this daytime rifle scope optic, the IDF used the Japanese made Nimrod 6x42 mm scope. These were used from the mid 1970's to the mid 1990's and replaced in 1994 by the Austrian made Kahles ZF95 also known as the Swarovski Futonic (or Photonic) 6x42 mm scope, and used up to 1999 when the M14 was taken out of regular service military units and replaced by the M24 SWS. The Kahles ZF95 scopes are also known in Israel as the Photonic 6x42.

IDF Prismatic Oil Liquid Compass
This militaria antique is a rare Israeli military surplus prismatic oil liquid compass used by the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) in its early years of activity, late 1940's to 1950's. This IDF prismatic oil liquid compass from Israeli military surplus is in good condition and may be missing some of the liquid inside. The compass has a brass casing and comes with a compass pouch . It has some air bubbles inside, other than that it's in very good condition.

IDF Mauser K98 Sniper Rifle Optics Mount Adapter
Israeli Defense Force (IDF) K98 sniper scope mount adapter for the Nimrod 6x40 mm scopes probably from the late 1970's to early 1980's. These were made by IMI (Israel Military Industries). The IDF used FN made Mauser K98 rifles in the 1948 War of Independence where the olive drab 4x Wild-Heerbrugg scope was used in a unique Israeli-made claw type mount. Later on the optic was replaced by more modern ones such as the Nimrod and an adapter was needed to accommodate it.
